Ready-to-Post Products

Most of our ready-to-post items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please refer to individual product listings for specific dispatch times, as some may vary.

During busier periods (such as sales or seasonal peaks), dispatch times may take a little longer.

UK Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (unless otherwise stated).

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We currently ship using Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for courier delays once your parcel has left us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.

Pre-Ordered Products

Pre-order items will include an estimated arrival date on the product page. While we do our best to provide accurate information, this date may change due to unforeseen shipping delays. Your patience is appreciated!

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready.

If you’d like the available items sent sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Once we receive the pre-ordered products, we aim to dispatch them within 1–3 working days.

Local Collection

We’re happy to offer local collection for your order! Please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm a collection date and time. Collections are available Monday to Friday during our normal working hours.


Additional Information

Multiple Items
If you’ve ordered more than one item, your products may arrive in separate parcels. This is especially common with items dispatched directly from our brand partners.

Packaging & Sustainability
At Grace and Fox, we care about our impact on the planet. That’s why your order may arrive in recycled packaging—including reused boxes from our suppliers or previous deliveries. If you'd prefer a plain, unbranded box, just pop us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We encourage you to reuse or recycle these materials wherever possible.

Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double-check that your details are correct, as Grace and Fox cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier. Courier investigations can take up to 28 working days. Once a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Proof of Delivery
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, including proof of delivery (such as GPS confirmation, delivery photo, or signature), Grace and Fox is no longer responsible for the parcel. Any issues after this point will need to be raised directly with the courier.

Contact Timeline
If there are any issues with your order (such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items), please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at hello@graceandfox.co.uk immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been processed for shipment—either by ourselves or our brand partners—we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. In these cases, the order will fall under our standard returns and refunds policy, and any shipping costs incurred will be non-refundable.
