Grace & Fox Returns Policy
We want you to love your order, but if you need to return something, here’s how it works.
Returns Within 28 Days
You have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to return an item for a refund.

The delivery date is based on the courier’s tracking records.

If your order arrives in multiple parcels, each item’s 28-day return window starts from its own delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

All original tags and undamaged packaging must be included.

For safety reasons, any toys or children’s products with sealed packaging must be returned unopened — broken seals will void eligibility.

You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Request a Return

Email returns@graceandfox.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Post your item back to us within 7 days of receiving our confirmation.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return once it’s received.

Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5 working days, but this may vary depending on your payment provider.

If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
Exchanges & Credit Notes

If more than 28 days have passed since delivery, you may still be eligible for an exchange or credit note (gift card) up to 10 weeks from the purchase date.

Credit notes never expire and are issued for the original purchase value.

Exchanges are subject to current pricing of replacement items.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@graceandfox.co.uk immediately with your order number.
Once an order has been processed for shipment—either by ourselves or our brand partners—we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. In these cases, the order will fall under our standard returns and refunds policy, and any shipping costs incurred will be non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items (credit note only)

Sample sale, personalised, made-to-order, and custom items

Items with broken safety seals or missing original packaging
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@graceandfox.co.uk

Keep all packaging and send photos of the item, box, and packing slip.

If any parts are missing, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will arrange for the missing parts to be sent out to you.

If we sent the wrong item, it must be returned to us before we issue a refund or send the correct replacement. We will cover the return postage by providing you with a pre-paid returns label (purchased by us and emailed to you).

Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not classed as faulty.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions in this policy.
