Please read our Returns Policy below in full before making a purchase with Grace & Fox.

We hope you adore everything you’ve chosen from Grace & Fox, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read our Returns Policy before placing your order.

As a small business, we do our very best to support our lovely customers while putting fair processes in place to protect everyone—now and in the future. Thank you so much for shopping with us.


Our Returns Policy

If you’d like to return something, you have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to send it back to us for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

  • It should have its original tags and packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email us at returns@graceandfox.co.uk.

If your return meets the above conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding delivery costs). Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it’s been processed.

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receiving them.


After 28 Days?

If more than 28 days have passed since you received your order, you may still be eligible for an exchange or credit note (issued as a gift card) up to 10 weeks from the purchase date. Credit notes do not expire.

Please note:

  • No returns, exchanges or credit notes will be issued after 10 weeks.

  • Exchanges will reflect the original item’s value at purchase. New items chosen in exchange will be priced at their current value.


Return Shipping Costs

As a small independent brand, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage. This will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer.


Items Not Eligible for Refund

Some items are not eligible for a monetary refund. These include:

  • Sale items (you’ll receive a credit note instead)

  • Sample sale, personalised, made-to-order, and custom items (non-returnable)

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items?

We take great care packing up your orders, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@graceandfox.co.uk.

  2. If your item was damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and send us photos of the box and item.

  3. If something is missing or incorrect, send us a photo of the item and the packing slip so we can investigate.

We’re always happy to put things right where we've made a mistake.

Please note: Damage caused by wear and tear isn’t classed as faulty. Used or worn items can’t be returned. If you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’ll advise.

We may ask for photos or a short video to help us understand and resolve any issues.
